My Story About a

Daily Practice


I have had a consistent yoga practice for over 20 years and it started by practicing at home every morning for only 10-20 minutes! I can still remember beginning my new routine: taking my shower then hitting my mat.

I FELT AMAZING!

It was like a veil was lifted and I could see more clearly. I found new happiness, calmness, strength, flexibility, energy, balance, awareness, centeredness.

The one thing I’ve wanted to do since becoming a yoga teacher is offer a package that included a daily yoga practice so you could experience those amazing benefits and set a foundation for your own yoga journey. 

Now, it’s here and I’m so excited to share it with you!

28-Day Plan

Includes the Following:

1. DAILY YOGA PRACTICES


These practices will invigorate and energize you for the day! Each video has a different focus bringing you strength, stability, flexibility, calmness and balance! There are 7 short YOGA ON THE DAILY videos that will be emailed to you early each day so you can choose the best time for your daily practice. Each video will be 20 minutes or less. The 7 videos will be used each week to build familiarity and repetition.

2. Weekly Live Zoom Classes


Keep connected and motivated! Each week will be a Live Zoom class incorporating many of the poses from the daily classes. These classes will be accessible for all levels with the ability to get up and down from the floor with some ease. Modifications are offered. All Zoom classes will be recorded for Replay option.

3. Worksheet for Tracking & Journaling


Building a habit! Let’s track the work you’re doing and note how you are feeling from your daily practices. While yoga is a practice to bring a mind/body balance, it’s helpful to track your success. By starting your daily practice, you’re creating a habit and in the beginning it helps to hold yourself accountable. Once you’ve created this good habit, it will just come naturally!

4. Class Plan Visual Aids


Learning the poses and sequences! For each daily video there will be a handout of the sequence in an easy to follow visual pdf. As you become more comfortable with the poses, you may sometimes decide to follow the handout rather than the video.

5. One on One Coaching Session


Connecting & Growing! We’ll have a 30-minute coaching session in Week 3 so we can check how you are doing with the program. We’ll discuss challenges and successes and make a plan for moving forward!

6. Access to a Dedicated Private Discussion Group


Encouragement from your peers! This is a safe discussion platform. You’ll be able to post questions, observations and break-throughs while being there to encourage your fellow members.

7. Kick-Off Zoom Call Prior to Day 1


Setting up for success! We’ll meet on a Zoom call where I’ll provide detailed information about what to expect from the program. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and make sure you feel confident for success in the program.

What Level is the Program?

The program is suitable for all levels including beginners, as long as you are able to get on the floor and back to standing with ease. I offer modifications to many of the poses providing different levels of difficulty. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to me through my Contact Page.
